The Rose Belle Sugar Estate Board has investigated the possibility to embark on the development of Morcellement Projects on its strategically situated lands. Moreover, the Rose Belle Sugar Estate Board has initially envisaged on its own in creating a leading shopping and retailed destination with professional offices and leisure options.
